As the founding partner of Englobe Law LLP, he represents clients across Ontario facing criminal charges such as assault, impaired driving, fraud, and related offences, protecting their rights, reputations, and futures with precision and dedication.

Licensed in both Ontario and Iran, Vahid brings over a decade of international legal experience to his practice. His deep understanding of evidence, cross-examination, and procedural law allows him to build effective defence strategies in both trial and pre-trial stages. Clients value his calm, confident presence and his ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, straightforward terms.

Vahid holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Oil and Gas Law, an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and an M.A. in International Business Law. His academic training and cross-border background give him a rare combination of analytical depth and practical judgment.

He also represents clients before the Federal Court of Canada in judicial review and mandamus applications, successfully challenging immigration refusals and delays.
