More About Sean Chalaki

Sean Chalaki’s career began in the IT industry, where he worked as a consultant after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. He specialized in Internal Audit and Business Reorganization and worked on various projects, including Facility Event Management for Microsoft and Compass Bank. He also spearheaded his private group, which focused on Smart Home Technology and One Point Access.

Mr. Sean Chalaki then pursued a master’s degree in accounting and information management before transitioning to a law career. He earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from the Appalachian School of Law and completed a Judicial Internship for the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas. He also earned a visiting status at Santa Clara Law School to study Intellectual Property.

After opening his solo practice, Mr. Chalaki founded a second law firm Chalaki and Khirrallah Law Firm to focus on litigating matters for other law firms. Throughout his career, he litigated personal injury cases for up to 16 law firms and merged with several firms to form Chalaki Law P.C. In recent years, he and his partner Shawn Hashemi have focused on litigating product liability, premises, brain injury, construction, and wrongful death accidents.

Mr. Chalaki’s passion for technology never wavered, and he implemented a paperless office and started automating the practice of law. Although he initially failed four times to develop software for automating the practice of law, Mr. Chalaki’s persistence paid off in 2020 when he completed the initial software prototype. The software was the first automated software for personal injury law practice and was quickly combined with artificial intelligence technology to recognize patterns of practice. Since 2022, the software has automated most of personal injury operations.

Outside of his legal career, Mr. Sean Chalaki enjoys community involvement and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations. He also enjoys playing sports and staying updated with the latest technology. Mr. Chalaki is always eager to meet new people.
