About Saloumeh Baghbani

Saloumeh Baghbani graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hon), She studied law at University of Buckingham and was called to the Bar in Canada in 2012. She began a career in personal injury law 22 years ago, and has since devoted herself to her clients, ensuring they receive the best possible settlement.

Ms. Baghbani’s long and successful occupation has been built on advocating for the rights of those who have been wronged. Understanding that each case is unique—that each individual requires personalized legal support—Ms. Baghbani applies her passion for justice, decades of experience, and wide-ranging skills developed over numerous mediations, settlement conferences, pre-trials and trials with one goal in mind: getting clients the results they deserve.

A bilingual barrister and solicitor, Ms. Baghbani offers legal assistance in both Farsi and English.

Ms. Baghbani, has over 10 years of practice in real estate law, Saloumeh Baghbani—whose motto is “Make law easy”—strives to render the often complex process of buying or selling a home smooth and efficient, providing expert guidance every step of the way.

Her passion for helping others extends beyond legal services; she has for 21 years worked with various charities, including Paradise Charity Group, for which her efforts have helped forge a broad link between the Iranian and non-Iranian community.

She is an active community participant, member of the not-for-profit Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals—and her firm, Baghbani Law, is a proud sponsor of numerous Persian-Canadian businesses, and galas such as PICRA and Javanan Magazine. During her free time, Ms. Baghbani enjoys being with her two children, travelling, baking, and organizing charity events.
