Roza Rokni developed a passion for criminal law early in her career and chose to continue her practice exclusively in this area. She recognizes the importance of working hard and fighting to protect her clients’ rights.

She understands the need for individual attention and timely communication with every client. She uses a distinct and well-thought-out approach to provide effective representation and deliver results.

Roza Rokni has successfully assisted in representing clients before the criminal courts on a variety of charges including but not limited to theft, fraud,  assault, domestic assault, sexual assault, criminal harassment, uttering threats, robbery, drug offences, and impaired driving.

Roza Rokni graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in Criminology. Subsequently, she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree in Australia, following which, she returned to her hometown and articled for a prominent and reputable criminal defence firm in Toronto. After her call to the Ontario Bar, Ms. Rokni worked as a criminal defence lawyer for a busy and well-known law firm in Ottawa and went on to open her own practice in Toronto in 2016.

Roza Rokni is fluent in Farsi and is available to appear on all criminal matters throughout Ontario.
