A principal in Joseph, Greenwald & Laake’s Family Law and Business Services practice groups, Reza Golesorkhi represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including negotiation and preparation of property settlement agreements and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and litigating contested and uncontested divorce, custody, and support matters.
Reza’s extensive background in business and corporate law makes him the go-to attorney for complex divorce cases with business and tax consequences. His business background makes him an insightful advisor and advocate for his clients when their domestic relations matters involve issues such as business valuations, domestic relations taxation and valuation of real estate holdings.
On the Business Services side of his practice, Reza enjoys counseling his clients on a wide variety of corporate law issues and serving as their outside general counsel and advisor.
Outside of work, Reza is an accomplished runner who has completed more than 10 marathons. He recently completed the Alcatraz Shark Fest, an open-water swimming race in the San Francisco Bay from Alcatraz Island to shore.
