Negin Saberi | نگین صابری

Negin is an associate lawyer at Sodagar Nielsen Law Group, a boutique law firm specializing in complex family law cases.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws in Iran and became a member of the Iranian Bar in 2016. She is currently a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of B.C.

Negin has appeared in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Her trial experience equips her with a comprehensive understanding of courtroom dynamics and legal strategies. However, Negin believes that not all legal conflicts require a courtroom battle. She understands that negotiation and mediation sometimes offer more efficient, cost-effective, and amicable solutions for her clients.
