About Nazanin Aram

Educated in both civil and common law systems, Ms. Aram holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from Tehran University and an LLB from the University of British Columbia. She ranked fourth among more than 450,000 participants in Iran’s national universities admission test. She has been a member of the Law Society of BC since 2013. She is a past member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC Board of Governors and the Canadian Bar Association of BC Auto Insurance Committee. She was elected a bencher of the Law Society of BC effective January 2026.

Aramesh Law was founded by Nazanin Aram, a highly experienced trial lawyer. Ms. Aram maintains a wide-ranging litigation practice consisting of personal injury, insurance claims, family law, financial disputes, residential tenancy and strata law. She has significant experience in trial, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations. In addition to working through her own firm, she is associate counsel at Carfra Lawton in its insurance defence practice.

Aramesh Law is a law firm specializing in family and civil litigation. The firm provides legal advice, representation and litigation support services to clients and other lawyers.  Our priority is to achieve the resolution of legal disputes on the best possible terms, in the most sensible way, in the circumstances of each case.
