Dr Mojtaba Dani is an Australian solicitor and immigration lawyer with a PhD in Law from Griffith University, Australia.

His professional qualifications and experience include:

• Admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia and Justice of the Peace;
• More than 17 years of legal, academic, research, and teaching experience in Australia and overseas;
• Extensive experience in Australian immigration and visa matters; and
• Legal Practitioner Number LPN 5515173, issued by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

An LPN is issued to Australian legal practitioners who practise in immigration law and distinguishes them from migration agents registered with MARA.
