Mohammad Rahmani | محمد رحمانی

Mohammad Rahmani is a member of the Iran Central Bar Association and has been implementing legal services for almost 20 years in commercial and corporate law, investment law, law of contracts, labor law, family law, IP law, e-commerce, law of start-ups, etc.

Moreover, he consulted one of the regional water companies in Iran. In the year 2009, he became an arbitrator of the arbitration center of Iran chamber (ACIC). He was also the representative of ICBAR in Informatics commission of SCODA (Union of Iranian Bar Associations) and head of the pro bono legal work committee of ICBAR in Edalat judicial complex of Tehran.

He is the managing partner and a member of the board in the Bayan Emrooz International Law Firm and legal consultant to the Snapp Group and legal manager of the Idea Gozin Ertebate Romak Company.

Professional success aside, Mohammad Rahmani also has a successful academic career. He obtained his LLB from Islamic Azad university and after ranking first in the Masters entrance exam, he continued his studies in IAUCTB and earned his LLM in private law. He is also published books and articles with regard to e-commerce law and CMS. He also has experience in teaching LLB classes.

Mohammad speaks Farsi and is also familiar with English.
