About Marjan Moussavian

Marjan Moussavian concentrates her practice in complex civil and criminal defense matters. Her practice also includes regulatory compliance matters, internal investigations, and attorney ethics matters and disciplinary proceedings. Marjan is active in both state and federal court and has experience navigating complex legal issues up until and including trial.

Marjan’s experiences includes drafting briefs on dispositive motion and other pretrial matters, discovery management, trial preparation, and legal research on complex and emerging issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Marjan clerked in the Appellate Division of the State of New Jersey for the Hon. Jose L. Fuentes where she gained insight and experience in appellate law. Marjan also previously served as a senior manager of financial crimes for a financial services company where she designed and executed oversight and compliance programs and drafted and implemented financial crime trainings.
