Haidah Amirzadeh, Juris Doctor, is one of Saskatchewan’s top Immigration Lawyers, and has extensive knowledge and experience in the broad spectrum of immigration and refugee law. Haidah has successfully represented clients in Federal Court, Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, the Saskatchewan Provincial Court, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and the Immigration Appeal Division.

She has been teaching Immigration and Refugee Law at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law, since 2007. Haidah is fluent in English, Farsi, Turkish and Azari.
