Originally from Tehran, Iran, Elham completed her law degree at the University of Tehran before pursuing a master’s degree in law with a focus on international law and human rights at McGill University in Montreal. Her desire to broaden her horizons led her to Vancouver, where she earned an LLM in Common Law at the University of British Columbia.

Now, as a member of Sodagar Nielsen Law Group, Elham specializes in family and immigration law, leveraging her experience working with vulnerable clients from diverse backgrounds to provide empathetic and effective legal representation. She believes in taking a practical approach to resolving issues but is not afraid to advocate vigorously in court when necessary.
