• Acted for Resource Label Group, LLC, a portfolio company of Ares Management, in its cross‑border acquisition of Imprimerie Ste‑Julie Inc.
• Acted for Trader Corporation, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, in its cross‑border sale to AutoScout24 GmbH.
• Handling of commercial agreements related to technology, such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, subscription agreements, managed services, Service Level Agreements, and outbound license agreements;
• Implementation of website Terms of Use, End-User License Agreements, acceptable use policies, clickwrap agreements, and related matters;
• Dealing with “Enterprise” license agreements with Fortune 500 companies;
