Amir A. Nowroozzadeh concentrates his practice on real estate law, business transactions, and estate planning. He maintains a diverse case load which includes: estate planning and will drafting, commercial and residential real estate investments, closings, refinances, and private lending.

In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Nowroozzadeh represents landlords in lawsuits involving financing instruments, investment, landlord-tenant issues, and breach of contract actions. Additionally, he works with Hicks, Casey & Foster in the area of Insurance Defense and Premises Liability claims. He represents insurance companies, business owners, and corporations in protection against claims.
