Abolfazl Moghadam is an Australian lawyer with over 21 years of legal experience spanning Malaysia, the United States of America, New Zealand, and Australia. He is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and is a current member of the Queensland Law Society. Additionally, Abolfazl is registered with the High Court Register of Practitioners.

Before embarking on a legal career, Abolfazl showed early academic promise, completing two grades of high school in a single year. In 1998, as the Balkan War was drawing to a close, he worked as a journalist in Bosnia & Herzegovina. This experience gave him a profound understanding of the devastation of war and the importance of fostering peace by emphasizing common grounds over differences.

As a native of Persia, Abolfazl is deeply inspired by the words of the 13th-century Persian poet Rumi. One of his guiding principles comes from Rumi’s poem: “This is your journey and yours alone, others can walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you.” He is further inspired by the words of the 14th-century Persian poet Hafez: “None dies whose heart by love is ever living, the clear proof of this, the world archives are giving.”
