Leyla Moallemzadeh has dedicated her professional career to immigration law. She has been practicing both business and family-based immigration law since 2007. As a hands-on immigration attorney, Leyla offers expert guidance to diverse clientele, including large corporations, small businesses, and individuals, concerning a wide spectrum of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions. Leyla’s commitment to legal excellence is underscored by her impressive academic achievements. She acquired her LL.M. degree with the highest honours, summa cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre in 2006.

She holds admission to the bars of New York, the U.S. District Court of Washington, DC, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, and Eastern District and Southern District Courts of New York.
