Ash was admitted as a Solicitor in 2014.
Prior to working for us, Ash successfully managed a chain of retail businesses helping to improve their productivity, efficiency and sales. He did this by streamlining roles and procedures, initiating market campaigns centered on value-orientated advertising and, undertaking continual evaluations of businesses operations. All of these measures helped to reduce costs and create rapport with clients in order to maximise repeat business.
While in this role, Ash applied his legal skills and lead negotiations to determine the current market rent of a premises that had exercised the option term in its lease. The matter was resolved and Ash was able to reduce the site rent by $99,000 (a $33,000 saving per year, over three years). He has since forged an appreciation of property law and litigation, having developed a familiarity with the Retail Leases Act 1994 (NSW). Through this invaluable experience, Ash successfully approaches problems with business owner’s mindset.
